  2. JIC (Jeandet Investissement Conseil) buys the Hotel for 57 million Francs.

  3. Michel Ohayon from Bordeaux buys the building with 7 other surrounding buildings and the intention to create a Grand Hotel for his city. The Hotel is renovated by the architect Michel Petuaud-Letang.

  4. It is planned to open the Hotel under Radisson management, but management is changed for Regent.

  5. December 17: Opening of the Grand Hotel de Bordeaux under Regent Management.

  6. Regent withdrawn from the Hotel Management.

  7. The Grand Hotel gets under Intercontinental Management. It is now called Intercontinental Bordeaux Le Grand Hotel.
